Each inclusion for your jewellery is made by myself in my studio in Hampshire with the upmost care and respect , I am aware of the of the special connection and the importance of your loved ones ashes, hair or fur and with this in mind can accept hand deliveries of these to Hartley Wintney if this not close by I will send a package out which will contain a collection pot ( I only need about a teaspoon of ashes) a ring sizer and instructions along with prepaid delivery slip for you to return your ashes, and colour choice. I will email you as soon as they arrive and keep you updated on the progress of you special order. I will only work on one order at a time giving your piece the special care and attention it deserves. All unused ashes will be returned along with any inclusions I may have made that I don’t use in your final piece. I thank you for entrusting me with your loved ones ashes, hair and fur. And will email you after it is sent to ensure that you are happy with your jewellery as it is such an important memorial and I would be mortified if you were not delighted with it.
